David Everson, a graduate of Duke and Harvard Graduate School of Design, began his career as an architect in New York City providing design services to a variety of accounting, banking and financial institutions. After starting his own firm, David specialized in the renovation of apartments, new homes and offices in New York City, Long Island, and Fairfield County. Later, David began to concentrate on real estate investments in New York City and purchased a manufacturing/ engineering concern specializing in components for the medical and semiconductor industry. After over a decade running a high tech business, David began to pursue his life long passion for real estate in his favorite New England town - Ridgefield, CT.
